Processing Times

Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (new launches, holidays, or sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international locations.
Estimated delivery times vary by country:
• Standard International: 7–21 business days
• Express International: 5–10 business days

Please note: Duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Dormi Bene is not responsible for lost parcels or delays.
If your order is returned to us, you may be required to pay an additional postage fee to resend it.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While rare, delays can happen.
